Thank you for choosing Miss Prim & Proper! To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our booking policy before scheduling your appointment.


Service Areas

We proudly serve Hamilton, Burlington, Ancaster, Dundas, Waterdown, Stoney Creek, and surrounding areas in the Golden Horseshoe. Not sure if we come to you? Just ask!


Booking Your Appointment

  • Appointments can be booked online through our website or by contacting us directly at info@missprimandproper.ca.
  • Please provide accurate contact information and details about your home and service needs when booking.
  • First-time clients may receive a phone call or email prior to their appointment to confirm details and ensure we’re the right fit.

Estimates & Pricing

  • Pricing is based on the information provided at the time of booking (home size, service type, condition).
  • If the actual scope of work differs significantly from what was described, pricing may be adjusted accordingly.
  • We’re always happy to provide a free in-home or virtual estimate for new clients.

Scheduling & Availability

  • Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and one-time service options.
  • Recurring clients receive priority scheduling.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
  • No-shows may be charged the full service fee.

Home Access

  • Please ensure we can access your home at the scheduled time. Options include:
    • Being home to let us in
    • Providing a door code, lockbox code, or hidden key
    • Arranging access through a building concierge
  • If we cannot access your home at the scheduled time and no prior arrangements have been made, this will be treated as a no-show.

Preparing for Your Appointment

To help us make the most of your appointment:

  • Pick up toys, clothing, and personal items from floors and surfaces
  • Secure pets in a safe, comfortable area (or let us know if they’re friendly and free-roaming)
  • Clear countertops and sinks of dishes if you’d like those areas cleaned
  • Let us know about any priority areas or special requests in advance

Note: Tidying and organizing is a separate service from cleaning. If you need help with decluttering, ask us about our organizing services!


What We Bring

  • We supply all cleaning products and equipment (eco-friendly options available upon request)
  • If you prefer we use your own products, just let us know

Communication

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your appointment is booked
  • We’ll send a reminder before your scheduled service
